Управління оборотним капіталом як оперативна складова фінансової стратегії підприємств

Анотація
Розглянуто проблематику оперативного аспекту фінансової стратегії підприємства. Здійснено аналіз проблеми ефективного управління оборотним капіталом для підтримки функціонування господарської діяльності підприємства. Обґрунтовано необхідність забезпечення балансу ліквідності та прибутковості підприємства для ефективного управління його оборотним капіталом. Тенденції якості управління оборотним капіталом на українських підприємствах проаналізовано за показниками ліквідності та оборотності капіталу (2013–2015 рр.) на прикладі трьох найбільших виробників пива в Україні.
