Вплив будівельної галузі на соціально-економічний розвиток територій
Анотація
В статті викладено результати аналізу будівельної галузі як ключового фактора, що визначає рівень розвитку та ефективності модернізаційних процесів у регіональній економіці. Показано що, будівельна галузь сприяє економічному зростанню завдяки залученню іноземних інвестицій, розвитку туризму, створенню нових робочих місць і умов для зростання інших секторів економіки, формуванню креативного мислення. Зроблено висновок, що від ефективної роботи будівельної галузі залежить добробут, здоров’я та якість життя мешканців територій. Запропоновано настанови щодо розвитку будівельної галузі як фактора економічного зростання територій.
