The Models of Distance Forms of Learning in National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit

Анотація
Вирішення проблем освітньої системи в Україні потребує адекватної структури її організації з переходом на принцип освіти протягом усього життя. Найкращим варіантом для цього є система дистанційного навчання (СДН). В статті проаналізовано і узагальнено досвід впровадження СДН “Прометей” і Moodle та основні напрями розвитку дистанційного навчання в Національної академії статистики, обліку і аудиту (НАСОА). Акцентовано увагу на необхідності підвищення кваліфікації викладачів з використанням відкритих дистанційних курсів та поступової підготовки студента до навчального процесу у нових умовах. Розроблено структуру дистанційних курсів для різних форм навчання (очна, заочна, змішана). Представлено аналіз моделей форм навчання і динамічний варіант впровадження в НАСОА моделей “змішаного навчання” з використанням СДН “Прометей” і Moodle. Досвід НАСОА показує, що змішана форма дистанційного навчання на базі платформи Moodle є найбільш адекватною вимогам розвитку України в рамках європейської освіти.
