Abstract

The physical development of young people is one of the major tasks in the modern society. One of the main facilities that it used to achieve this aim is the development of basic motive internals of man-force, endurance, adroitness, speed and flexibility.

Force is an ability of man to overcome external resistance due to muscular efforts. One of the most important points that determine muscular force is the mode of operation of muscles. To develop the force internals the power-exercises are used during the physical training. Depending on nature of the resistance the exercises are classified in three groups: exercises with external resistance; exercises with overcoming of weight of the own body; isometric exercises.

According to the above methods of stimulating of muscular tension, the next methods of development of force internals are distinguished: method of maximal efforts; method of the repeated efforts; method of isometric efforts; "shock" method; playing method.

All above-mentioned facilities and methods for developing force internals influence on the ability to develop the muscular system of sportsmen during training. It is, however, necessary to bear in a mind another important factor that influences on development of force - power exercises must be executed in a slow rate and to the tiredness of muscle.

Genetic inclination usually strongly influences on potential possibilities of developing the muscular system. But the main factors for the sportsman are: his/her attitude to training, methods for arranging the training exercises, his/her rest and the way of life.
