The most important results and conclusion of the study : as the values, social and psychological reactions and forms of labor behavior are changing, economic theory and practice find themselves short of reliable data about the ways the labor mentality is cultivated, its role in social and economic development, and of methodological recommendations required for taking relevant decisions at company and macroeconomic

No economic model, if even the most attractive one, will be capable to bring the wanted effect to Ukraine, when regional peculiarities of the Ukrainian labor mentality, Ukrainian morals and feeling of oxen dignity, Ukrainian labor traditions and critical rethinking of domestic and foreign practices are overlooked.
